Key Parameters for Matai Investors

• An investment in Matai is restricted to wholesale investors only – no retail investment is permitted.
• The minimum holding is 100,000 shares
• Buyers must have a Custodial Services account and Cash Management account with Craigs Investment Partners
• Existing shareholders can buy in increments of 50,000 shares
